Theatrhythm Final Fantasy Legacy of Music campaign continues with the SNES era

The latest vignette in Square Enix’s Theatrhythm Final Fantasy Curtain Call “Legacy of Music” series highlights the titles from the 16-bit era of gaming found on the Super Nintendo. Ushered in by Final Fantasy IV, the franchised delved more into the realm of powerful story telling and multi-faceted characters characters who experienced real-world choices and problems in their daily lives. This generation of Final Fantasy also saw the introduction of the Active Time Battle System, which gave a bigger sense of urgency to each game’s combat systems.

Theatrhythm Final Fantasy Curtain Call is out now in Japan, with a North American release scheduled for September 16th and a European release on September 19th.
