Final Fantasy XIII-2 comes to PC next month, Final Fantasy XIII PC resolution to be updated

Final Fantasy XIII-2 for PC is now available for pre-order, Square Enix has announced today. Available on both Steam and Square Enix’s own online store, the game will come priced at $19.99 and include the addition a “range of” the game’s downloadable content, 60 frames-per-second, customizable resolution including 1080p and Japanese audio support. Those who pre-order can snag a copy at an additional 10% off.

Square Enix also confirmed that due to fan feedback they will be updating the PC release of Final Fantasy XIII next month to include resolution options as well. Originally, the port released with zero options to bring the game past 720p without heavy fan modification.

The final entry in the trilogy, Lightning Returns, will be released by next Spring.
