Square Enix will consider releasing the Vita version of Adventures of Mana overseas

When Square Enix announced Adventures of Mana for the west, many fans were disappointed and perhaps confused at the complete absence of the PlayStation Vita version of the game which would be releasing in Japan alongside its mobile siblings. At the time, Square Enix offered no response for the discrepancy.

Now, several days after launch, Square Enix Europe put out an update to their initial blog post – revealing they’ve passed on requests for the Vita version’s localization to the development team.

“We’ve been listening to your feedback and because of your passion for the game, we’re going to look into making a PS Vita version of Adventures of Mana for the west,” the post reads. “We can’t guarantee we’ll be able to make this happen but we will see what we can do.”

Square Enix promises they’ll be sure to provide an update if they have any news. Fans are also encouraged to show support over on the SE Blog.
