Hitman Go: Definitive Edition arrives on PS4, PS Vita and Steam next week

Hitman Go: Definitive Edition is heading to both PlayStation platforms and Steam next week, Square Enix Montréal revealed today.

Arriving on both PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita as an adapted version of the original mobile game, players will have the opportunity to purchase both for $7.99 from the PlayStation Store under Sony’s cross-buy system. The Steam version will also be available at the same price.

The Definitive Edition includes a number of updates including improved visuals, new control setups to better fit console and PC environments, cross save functionalities and even a Platinum trophy. This release includes all of the game’s original content as well as the updates the mobile version enjoyed without the constraints of in-app purchases.

“We are very excited to be bringing Hitman GO to even more players with this revisited edition. We hope the challenging turn-based gameplay will please even the most dedicated Hitman fans,” said Patrick Naud, Head of Studio for Square Enix Montreal. “Hitman GO is an innovative iteration of the successful stealth franchise and should see continued success with this release on consoles and PC.”

Hitman Go: Definitive Edition will be available as a digital download starting on February 23rd in North America and February 24th in Europe.
