Japanese pre-order bonus information for Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue has gone live, detailing several physical and digital goodies fans can snag from participating retailers.

Over at Amazon, those who pre-order from the online retailer will receive an exclusive theme for their PlayStation 4 featuring a metallic background and symbols. The game also marks the series’ digital debut with a promised release on the PlayStation Store. Starting mid-November, those who pre-order the digital version will receive a darker PS4 theme featuring iconic imagery from the Kingdom Hearts series (pictured above).

Additionally, those who pre-order at select retailers have a chance to snag one of three special mini acrylic stands designed by director Tetsuya Nomura.

Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue is due out on January 12 in Japan, followed by North America and Europe on January 24, 2017.

it would have been awesome if you could digitally buy only the prologue and skip the DDD HD port

  • Jule Williams

lol why? Not everyone has played DDD

  • TektosBasics

It’s a pretty shitty game lol.

I wish that we can pre-order Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 as well as the 1.5 HD & 2.5 HD ReMixes digitally for the Singapore PSN store.
Why? Amazon does not support international shipping. I don’t care what anyone says. Absolutely ridiculous. Losing potential overseas customers. Should allow other websites that allow international shipping if any to allow pre-ordering. Really disappointed.

maybe you could create either a US or EU PSN account and purchase the games digitally from there, then you can play them on your main PSN account, its easy!

Problem. They don’t come digitally. At least not yet.
Already pre-ordered via Play-Asia since I live in the Asian region.
