Dragon Quest VIII 3DS heads West on January 20 By Erren Van Duine on November 3, 2016 at 11:54 AM

Nintendo announced today that Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King for 3DS is set to arrive in both North America and Europe on January 20, 2017.

The 3DS entry of the classic game contains two new playable characters, along with new story content, quests, and dungeons. In addition, an all new photo sharing feature has been added where screenshots and photos can be customized via poses, stickers, filters, and frames with the opportunity to earn in game items for the photos you take of specific monsters and locations. These photos can be shared through the 3DS’s StreetPass feature.
