Final Fantasy XV adds a NieR: Automata collaboration of its own

Square Enix is set to launch an update adding a NieR: Automata collaboration to Final Fantasy XV. According to a press release, the update will launch today (February 20 in Japan), while the promised Booster Pack+ is due out February 21.

Fans will have the chance to grab some NieR music for the car radio and music player including “Song of the Ancients/Fate” and “Weight of the World.”

As for the rest of the update: the level cap will see an increase to 120, Square Enix will introduce time-limited quests, players can use the music player while riding chocobos, photo capacity has been increased to 200 and PS4 Pro support up to 60fps has been added to the Light Mode visual option.

Additionally, the Booster Pack+ will include a one-handed Boost Sword, the Dragon Mod rod that increases the ease of fishing, and the durable Aviol fishing reel. A free Booster Pack will also come with invincible Magitek Exosuits at a later date.
