Square Enix is set to host a special stage livestream event for Dragon Quest XI at the first of its few “Countdown Carnival” hands-on events on May 27 at 1:00 PM JST (9:00 PM PT) via YouTube and Niconico.

The event will be hosted by Joy and feature producer Yosuke Saito as well as game designer and scenario writer Yuji Horii. According to the company, the livestream will reveal “plenty of information” on the upcoming RPG.

On the same day, between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM JST, Square Enix will host another livestream event for Dragon Quest X and will feature brand new information on its PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch versions which are due out this Summer and Fall respectively. The stream will be available for viewing via YouTube and Niconico.
