Life is Strange gets an iOS port, Before the Storm will get a single global release

It’s not uncommon now to see episodic games on mobile with how intuitive the platform is for the genre’s structure, and Life is Strange is finally following that trend. It’s coming to the iOS via the App Store on December 14, with episodes 1 to 3 available at launch. Episodes 4 and 5 will launch in early 2018, and a season pass containing episodes 2 to 5 is also available to save ten percent versus the price of buying each episode individually.

Square Enix has also announced that for the first time in the series, Life is Strange: Before the Storm Episode 3 – Hell is Empty will see a single global launch on the Xbox One, Playstation 4 and PC. This means that no matter what country you are in the game will launch at exactly the same time.
