The Last Remnant Remastered is available worldwide for PlayStation 4 via the PlayStation Store, and Square Enix has prepared a launch trailer highlighting the general premise of its story and characters as well as showing off in-game cutscenes and gameplay.

The game follows protagonist Rush Sykes and his sister Irina on a quest to uncover the secret of ancient relics called “Remnants” which bestows mysterious power to their wielders, affecting the world’s balance and plunging it into an era of countless frays between those who ruled, and those who obeyed.
