Left Alive’s Game Director offers gameplay commentary and new Dev Diary focuses on creative processes

The creative team behind Left Alive share their collaboration experiences and provide gameplay commentary in two new videos released by Square Enix. You can find both videos below.

In the Extended Developer Walkthrough video, Game Director Toshifumi Nabeshima provides commentary over gameplay footage and talks in detail about the various skills and tactics players will have to use in order to survive. To save trapped civilians and uncover the mysteries behind the game’s plot, players can uncover alternate routes to avoid certain death, craft traps and weapons and utilize enemy weaponry.

In the Developer Diary video, Game Director Toshifumi Nabeshima, Character Designer Yoji Shinkawa of Kojima Productions Inc, and Mech Designer Takayuki Yanase share their experiences and discuss their creative processes and what it was like working together on Left Alive.

Left Alive is schedule to release in Japan on February 28, 2019, and in the US on March 5th, 2019, for PlayStation 4 and PC(Steam).
