Here's a behind-the-scenes look at the making of Final Fantasy VII Remake's official theme song

Alongside the release of a brand new trailer for the game, Square Enix has released a behind-the-scenes video showcasing the recording process of “Hollow”, the official theme song for Final Fantasy VII Remake.

The nearly five-minute video features interviews of key staff members involved with the making of the song, including composer Nobuo Uematsu and singer Yosh for the vocals.

UPDATE: Composers Masashi Hamauzu and Mitsuto Suzuki are also working on the music for Final Fantasy VII Remake, according to an official blog post from Square Enix. The post features comments from those composers as well as Uematsu regarding their involvement.

Hamauzu is most popularly known for his work on titles such as Final Fantasy X and the Final Fantasy XIII trilogy. Suzuki also worked on the FFXIII trilogy as well as Mobius Final Fantasy.
