Drakengard 3 advertisement, gameplay videos and Japanese DLC schedule By Erren Van Duine on December 16, 2013 at 6:10 PM

Ahead of Drakengard 3’s release in Japan this week, Square Enix has released some new videos showing off both new gameplay footage along with a 3 minute romp detailing other parts of the game.

Starting from the release day – December 19th – Drakengard 3 will receive its first bit of DLC with a color variation costume for main protagonist Zero. Following that Furiae and Nier outfits will drop on December 26th, Manah and Eris costumes in 2014 and after that Square Enix plans to introduce more story content separate from the main quest.

The game is due out this week in Japan on PlayStation 3 with a western date confirmed for North America and Europe some time in 2014.
