Outriders to appear at E3 2019, two new teaser trailers released

In May of last year, Square Enix had trademarked the name Outriders in Europe, prompting a few speculations on what the name could mean, and if it was the collaboration game between Square Enix and People Can Fly. Now, at this year’s E3, we are going to find out a bit more about this new title on June 10th, during the Square Enix Livestream.

Leading up to its E3 premiere, two new teaser trailers were released on a new Youtube Channel for Outriders, showcasing two characters we will probably be seeing more of in the near future. Titled “Awaken” and “Stabilize,” these characters appear to awaken from cryogenic stasis, suggesting that Outriders may take place in a sci-fi setting.

Additionally, the Official Twitter for Outriders has been gradually tweeting what appears to be snippets of lore regarding the game’s backstory, giving us a small glimpse of what is to come.
