Final Fantasy XI‘s March Update will continue The Voracious Resurgence scenario from February’s chapter and reward new items and titles. Square Enix shares that the story will “continue in San d’Oria, as the plot reaches a turning point—can victory be seized with a single dance, and will love stand the test of time?”

The same update adds an encounter versus Leeches to Ambuscade and a “new, very powerful monster” in Odyssey’s Sheol: Gaol which will include all-new music. Clear this encounter and you’ll get new, augmentable equipment.

Additionally, Square Enix will continue several campaigns around the game, including an Early Spring Item Booster Campaign, the March Login Campaign where you can earn various login rewards including a new Mandragora Pot housing item.
