Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade final trailer; Part 2 development progressing nicely

During the first livestream event for Final Fantasy VII: The First Soldier, Square Enix treated viewers with the final trailer for Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade featuring gameplay footage from the base game and the new Yuffie episode.

Alongside this, FF7R co-director Tetsuya Nomura made some comments regarding the development of the sequel. Via Gematsu, Nomura said, “Development is moving forward quite well. I’d like to perhaps make a proper announcement when the timing is right, but Cloud is running through mother nature. You’ll be able to enjoy a somewhat different atmosphere from the first game… Well, things are progressing nicely, so please wait for it. The next game starts directly after Intergrade, so I hope you will also get to play Intergrade.”

Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade will release on June 10 worldwide for PlayStation 5. FF7R Episode INTERmission will also be available as a separate purchase for those upgrading from the PlayStation 4 version for $19.99.
