Final Fantasy V Pixel Remaster launches November 10

Square Enix has announced the release date for the next classic game to get the pixel remaster treatment, Final Fantasy V. The game will be available on PC via Steam and mobile platforms on November 10, priced at $14.39 until November 30 when it will jump up to its normal $17.99 cost.

Featuring new graphics and audio as a 2D pixel remaster, this version of FFV (based on the original game released in 1992) features universally updated 2D pixel graphics – created by original pixel character designer Kazuko Shibuya. A newly rearranged soundtrack overseen by Nobuo Uematsu as also been added, along with improved gameplay with modern user interfaces, auto-battle options and more. Additional extras include a bestiary, illustration gallery and music player.
