New screenshots from Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX

Square Enix has published new screenshots from Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX for the PS3.

The collection starts off with PS2’s Kingdom Hearts Final Mix, which has never before been released outside of Japan.

Remix1

“If there are any other worlds out there, why did we end up on this one?”

Remix2

“So many places I want to see…I know I’ll get there someday. I’ll find a way somehow. I’m sure of it.”

Remix3

“I simply believed. Nothing more to it.”

Remix4

“The ingredients for a heart: Pulse. Emotion. Terror. Fear. Hope and despair. Mix them all together, and we have a heart!”

Also included is Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories, originally a PS2 remake of the Game Boy Advance title. Bundled with Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix in Japan, the game was later released as a stand-alone in North America, but a European release never materialized…until now.

Remix5

“In this place, to find is to lose and to lose is to find. That is the way in Castle Oblivion.”

Finally, the ReMIX includes the entirety of Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days told through cinematic sequences. Even segments that weren’t voiced in the original DS title will be rendered through voice-acted scenes, with the exception of the Disney worlds.

Remix6

“The sun sure is beautiful. I know we’ve seen a lot of sunsets, but today’s puts them all to shame. If only things stayed like this.”

The HD 1.5 ReMIX is set for an autumn 2013 release in the west.
