I am Setsuna staff talk internal reception and what's next for the studio

Square Enix has released the third video in their series documenting fan questions with the development team behind I am Setsuna. This time, staff discuss the game’s concept, the decision to stay away from CGI, internal reception and what’s next for the studio.

“We see I am Setsuna as a complete game in its own right and are not currently considering doing a direct sequel,” said Usuke Kumagai, English and PC version director. “However, we would like to continue making games based around the same core concepts. At Tokyo RPG Factory we set our objective for Project Setsuna as taking the unique appeal of the RPGs from the 90s and using a group of developers who loved those games to further evolve them as modern games.”

I am Setsuna is now available for PC and PlayStation 4.
