Wavelengths, a new DLC for Life is Strange True Colors is out today. A prequel to the main game, you’ll play as Steph, who was first seen in Life is Strange Before the Storm. One year before Alex’s arrival in Haven Springs, Steph is a radio host who plays music and gives advice to callers. It’s here that she will begin to confront her past in Arcadia Bay and how that will tie into her future in Haven Springs.

The DLC will include music from various artists including: Girl in Red, Alt-J, Portugal, The Man, Foals, Hayley Kiyoko, and Maribou State.

Mallory Littleton, who is senior narrative designer at Deck Nine shared what to expect with Wavelengths: “It seemed like such an obvious route to create a DLC around such a beloved character, but it was truly important to us to do it justice. We know Steph is an important character for many people, and we wanted to further that by allowing players access to her inner monologue, emotions, and internal conflicts. This DLC is very much a love letter, not only to Steph, but to our community and those who find so much of themselves in this character.”

Life is Strange True Colors is now available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Steam, Windows Store, GeForce Now, and Google Stadia.
