Final Fantasy XIV‘s limited-time event Moogle Treasure Trove is set to return on August 27th through the launch of Patch 6.5 Growing Light in early October. During this period, completing certain duties will reward you Irregular Tomestones of Tenfold Pageantry, which can be exchanged with the Itinerant Moogle station in each starting city-state.
Of particular note: exclusive 10th Anniversary adventurer plate frames, a Fat Cat Parasol, Samurai Chocobo Barding, and the Both Ways hairstyle. Note that tomestones will not be rewarded for duties completed with adventurer squadrons or duty support. If attempted with an unrestricted party composition, the level sync option needs to be applied to qualify.
Running concurrently with this event is the return of The Rising seasonal event ringing in 10 years since the launch of A Realm Reborn.
“In recent years, demand from collectors and historians has led to a surge of adventurers seeking tomestones, those mysterious relics of the Allagan Empire made to record and keep its secrets. Some small number of the artifacts, unique for the peculiar sort of knowledge contained within, have piqued the interest of the eccentric─in particular, itinerant moogles, who come bearing rare goods of their own to exchange for these “irregular” tomestones.”
