A pair of Final Fantasy Type-0 HD boxarts for the west

We’re just under three months out from the worldwide release of Final Fantasy Type-0 HD and Square Enix has decided to reveal the standard version official boxarts fans can expect to see on store shelves in March.

Unlike the Collector’s Edition, which focuses on the Amano-drawn logo against a solid background similar to the original Japanese release, both Western marketing teams have opted for a clean CG visual of Ace. Both PAL and North American editions are virtually the same, although the latter carried a “Day One Edition” stripe across the top to denote the limited nature of the Final Fantasy XV Episode Duscae voucher contained within.

Final Fantasy Type-0 HD will launch in North America on March 17, in Australia and Japan on March 19th and in Europe on March 20th. Both standard, digital and Collector’s Editions will be available in each region, with Japan also introducing a Suzaku Edition red and black PS4.
