UPDATE: The game is now available for pre-order on the North American PlayStation Store as well. According to the store listing, the file size clocks in at 27.6GB and features a bonus Kingdom Hearts pre-order theme for immediate download.

Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue has made its way to the Japanese PlayStation Store, marking the first time an entry in the series will be available on a digital platform. Those who pre-order the game from now through January 11, 2017 will receive access to an exclusive Kingdom Hearts PS4 theme.

According to the store listing, the game will run 7,344 yen and contains three titles connected to Kingdom Hearts III. The collection features a fully HD and playable version of Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance, a movie tied in to the story of Kingdom Hearts Unchained X [Chi], and a brand-new playable episode of Birth By Sleep called 0.2 Fragmentary passage, following Aqua and her trek through the World of Darkness.

Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue is due out on January 12 in Japan, followed by North America and Europe on January 24, 2017.
