Final Fantasy VII Remake joins the March PlayStation Plus lineup

PlayStation Plus subscribers who have yet to try out Final Fantasy VII Remake will be able to do just that in just a few days. Sony’s announced the game will be coming to the service for the month of March, nearly a year after its original launch on PlayStation 4.

This release doesn’t come without some caveats, however. Those with the PS Plus version of the game will not be eligible to upgrade to the PlayStation 5 version when it drops on June 10. That means if you want the next generation upgrades, you’ll at least need to find a way to eventually purchase a physical or digital copy of the game on PS4.
