NieR Replicant highlights its extra content

NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139… a remaster of 2010’s NieR Replicant won’t only be upgrading its visuals and gameplay, but adding new content as well. Today, Square Enix shared highlights of what to expect through a new trailer and screenshots.

A new episode “Mermaid” has been added that includes a new scenario involving a wrecked ship and a little girl. It’s here you’ll encounter a very powerful new Shade as a boss battle.

Extra dungeons from “15 Nightmares” have been added that was originally released as DLC following the original game’s Japanese release. This content is similar to “”The World of Recycled Vessel” from the international version NieR Gestalt. Her you can also obtain new costumes “Samurai” and “Kabuki” as well as change the appearance of bullets to that of Emil’s visage.

After completing the first playthrough, you’ll have the option of switching in select music from NieR Automata. 9S and 2B’s voices will also make an appearance in the game. A free YoRHa costume pack featuring 2B, 9S, and A2 outfits will be available for free at launch.

If you pre-order the PlayStation 4 version, you’ll get a dynamic theme, 14 avatars, and a digital mini-soundtrack. The Xbox One version will get a digital mini-soundtrack you can only listen to in-game. The Steam version will get a digital mini-soundtrack, and a digital wallpaper collection.
