Hatching-tide, an Easter-themed seasonal event, returns to Final Fantasy XIV on April 13th and concludes on the 27th, announced on The Lodestone today. During its limited-time run, you’ll be able to participate in a brief quest that will bestow exclusive rewards, such as the Hatching Bunny minion and an “Eat Egg” emote. Furnishings can also be collected including a tabletop Eggsemplary Basket and a wall-mounted Hatching-tide Mobile.
In order to participate, make sure you have one job leveled to 15, then speak with Jihli Aliapoh in Old Gridania [X:10.2, Y:9.4].
“Spring into action this Hatching-tide to deliver the citizens of Gridania an egg-ceptional extravaganza! Only an adventurer such as yourself can help make all of Jihli Aliapoh’s hippiest, happiest dreams come true – although you may have to ruffle a few feathers along the way.”
Keep in mind there’s also a concurrently running Moogle Treasure Trove event that’s set to conclude with the launch of Patch 6.1 on Tuesday, April 12th. By completing select duties, you’ll earn special tomestones that can be traded for rare items.
