Forspoken is set to release on January 24th, just weeks away. Launching on PlayStation 5 and PC, it marks the debut tile for Luminous Productions and its Luminous Engine. Today, Square Enix has released a cinematic trailer featuring protagonist Frey Holland (voiced by Ella Balinska) as she battles through the streets of New York City and the trails of the mystical land Athia.

The single player action RPG features spell-based combat and magic-infused parkour that allows Frey to traverse wide swathes of Athia quickly and maneuver herself in battles. You can try for yourself if in a free demo if you’ve got a PS5.
