Square Enix has announced that Infinity Strash: Dragon Quest The Adventure of Dai will release on September 28, 2023 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X|S, Steam, and the Microsoft Store.

An action RPG featuring the titular Dai, the game is based off the anime and manga of the same name. A smartphone title ‘A Hero’s Bonds’ was also released, but has since ended service.

“On an isolated island, a boy named Dai lives among monsters, yearning to become a hero himself someday. Everything changes when the Dark Lord Hadlar is revived. With a new crisis facing the world, Dai and his companions set out to defeat Hadlar, and he soon learns about his own inescapable fate… This is the beginning of Dai’s adventure, and his quest to become a true hero!”

In the release date trailer below, we get a look at various gameplay and cutscenes.

Square Enix is also offering a pre-order gifts in the form of the ‘Legendary Hero Outfit’ from Dragon Quest III and ‘The Hero’s Tutor’ Bond Memory.
